Spelar Medieval 2 Total War en hel del och anser att det är klart det bästa Total War spelet än så länge. Har klagats en del på brister vad gäller den historiska aspekten men det rättas till med hjälp av de 100-tal moddar som finns till spelet.
Nu i höst släpps en expansion till spelet som får alla tidigare expansioner att se ut som lekskolan, lite info:
The expansion pack will feature four new campaigns. The Britannia campaign will offer the player five factions to choose from, as England faces war from formerly conquered lands on four fronts. In Northern Europe, the Teutonic Wars see a bloody battle between Christians and pagans, while the expanded Crusades campaign will once again be a war for control of the Holy Land, this time with new factions, units, heroes and relics.
Perhaps the most exciting inclusion for fans of Medieval II: Total War, however, is the return to the New World. In the Americas campaign, players will follow the path of Hernán Cortés in 1519, exploring and conquering the region. Will you side with Spain in search of riches, or will you take control of the Aztec or Native American factions to try and ward off the marauding Europeans?
Kingdoms will have many more regions to explore than Medieval II, along with 13 new playable factions and over 150 new units, including new hero characters such as Richard the Lionheart and Saladin - each of which will have powerful new abilities on the battlefield. It will also include six new multiplayer scenarios and 20 new Custom Battle maps.
